I’m in a room watching the biggest club game in Europe, and I’m gagging for a pint.

GMT: 8.16pm - Half time [AC Milan 1 (Inzaghi ‘45) - 0 Liverpool]
What a irony. The best team in the final have been dealt a hammer blow. From Andrea Pirlo’s, free-kick right on half time, that little, smug, Italian, rodent-face Pippo Inzaghi has defelcted Milan ahead.
I mean, he didn’t even see it and I reckon, with the aid of TV replays, it hit his arm as well.
Liverpool have been the better side. Alonso has gone close and Nesta blocked a certain goal-bound shot from Dirk “Let’s go fly a” Kuyt.
On the plus side, I now have some crisps.

That’s it!! AC Milan are champions of Europe in a game where they didn’t really derserve to.
But fair play to them, it was a much better second half and despite Inzaghi (I really can’t stand him) claiming a second - Milan have won.
Dirk Kuyt’s later goal offered LIverpool some hope but, sadly, it was not to be.
